Feelin' Good
There is no better therapy than hanging out with good friends and learning more about the gospel. Knowing that I will have a perfect body one day helps me to accept and deal with my current physical situation much better. I just returned home from EFY (Especially for Youth) a week-long program where you learn about the gospel with other kids from around the country/ world. It was a great way to forget about the stresses of life and to make friends. No matter what religion you are, spending time with others who believe the way you do helps you live your standards and forget about any life problems.

Feelin' Down
Well I've been feeling tired the last couple of days. It's a good thing school's not in right now so I can get enough rest. I feel lazy, although when I try to do things I just can't do it. I made Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies and halfway through mixing I felt ready for bed. Well, I'm too tired to keep typing, but before I go, how do YOU deal with your fatigue? I need good ideas.

Getting Better
Well I've been feeling better. I take a multi-vitamin every day and that seems to be helping. I'm also trying to drink more water instead of soda. It's hard because I've always had Pepsi. Anyway, just wondering what helps anyone else. I still have my days; don't we all? Laughing helps. I'll post some good sources of laughter soon-it always helps me.

Chronic Fatigue 101
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is the condition of being fatigued chronically. The symptoms of CFS include, but are not limited to, headaches, sore or aching muscles, fatigue even after rest, stomach pains, being lightheaded and/or fainting. Chronic Fatigue is not contagious but has not been proven to stick to one specific gender or nationality. It can follow a long illness or appear after a traumatic event. If you think you or someone you know has CFS you should contact a doctor. Although there is not a 100% cure, there are many ways to treat it. For some sources check out the Helpful Guides Section.
