Chronic Fatigue 101

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is the condition of being fatigued chronically. The symptoms of CFS include, but are not limited to, headaches, sore or aching muscles, fatigue even after rest, stomach pains, being lightheaded and/or fainting. Chronic Fatigue is not contagious but has not been proven to stick to one specific gender or nationality. It can follow a long illness or appear after a traumatic event. If you think you or someone you know has CFS you should contact a doctor. Although there is not a 100% cure, there are many ways to treat it. For some sources check out the Helpful Guides Section.
